- Under the direction of the Regional Sales Manager, implement the Division's sales and distribution strategy in the sales outlets.
- Achieve the sales department's quantitative and qualitative goals for the area.
- Recruit, motivate and develop own teams by maintaining a culture of excellence up to the point of sale, develop the expertise and know-how of his/her employees, as well as implement organisational changes.
- Ensure continuous communication between management and own team. Inform and alert management to significant initiatives in the field (from own team, from the competition, and from distributors.
- Develop a strong area regional network and capacity of influence among key customers.
- Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) from any majors
- Min. 5 years experiences as sales supervisor
- Willing to be placed in areas in Indonesia
- Willing to travel across areas in Indonesia
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Resilient in high pressure working environment
- Demonstrate a strong leadership skill within own team
- Great communication and analytical skills
