As a part of our team, we expect that you succeed in:

  • Establishing a personalized relationship with the client in order to optimize the service level.

  • Proactively ensuring order processing and follow-up until the delivery.

  • Efficiently answering to the clients requirements (deadlines, shortages, information, disputes).

  • Recording analyzing and creating follow-ups to the disputes situations (complains, deductions, returns etc.) in accordance with the Credit Manager, the sales and controlling teams, and the physical distribution.

  • Enforcing the credit policy and the application of our sales terms and conditions in term of payment deadlines, through follow-up of the bills payment and in proactively ensuring reminders.

  • Ensuring client’s accounts clarity (clearing of accounts)

  • Active participation in the implementation of projects in collaboration with the client (ex: information sharing, stock levels optimizations etc.)

     

     

You’re the perfect match, if:

You have gained your first experience (1-2 years) in a similar position. Furthermore, you:

  • Are client oriented and well-organized

  • Have the ability to work within a dynamic environment

  • Are an excellent team player who brings a lot of good energy

  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

  • Have experience with SAP

  • Are fluent in Polish and English
