Before starting … How do our recruitment process look like?

Product Manager Lancome (Makeup)         

Key Job Accountabilities

- Lead the launches and drive the growth of the pillar products using their own experience in products, markets and consumers, to contribute to the continuous growth of the brand and the relationship with the consumer.

- Collect and analyze consumer and market information and competition strategies to make recommendations to management.

- Implement new launches, maintain growth in core products and animate the main catalog

- Propose and monitor marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Retail) to build integrated and attractive brand experiences for the consumer

- Adapt the communication material (images, digital, point of sale)

- Mobilize and work with other departments (sales, logistics, education, etc.) and partner agencies to build a broader business strategy; meet deadlines

- Make recommendations to management about the category based on the experience of the consumer, market and competitors (launch analysis, strategic memorandum, etc.)

- Manage the brand budget and ensure the accuracy of the sales forecast

- Effectively prepare clear messages for senior management

- Own brand equity, ensure brand identity: ensure all actions are aligned with sense of purpose while nurturing the brand

- Implement the retail strategy working hand in hand with the retail and education team and ensure the correct implementation of retail materials (services, advice, etc.)
