L'Oreal Luxe Multibrand Retail Account Manager

The retail landscape is changing more rapidly than ever, with our shopper habits shifting to trend-led and demanding authenticity and experience over brand and product. In early 2019 in order to establish our place in this market, we introduced a multi-brand business unit combining some of our prestigious brands into one luxury portfolio – Be Luxe.
What are key highlights of this role?
We are looking for an exceptional Retail Account Manager who will be responsible for collating & analysing Be Luxe B&M retail performance, identifying trends and opportunities alongside collating feedback and sharing detailed reports on performance. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage & execute the portfolio of brands marketing & commercial plans as well as managing our communication to our Be Luxe Field and store teams. Reporting into the Be Luxe Retail & Education Director, they will pioneer new collaborative ways of working between the brand tribes and the Be Luxe teams, and will be a key part of supporting our field team.

What are the key responsibilities?
Highlights of the role:
Take and develop the marketing and commercial plans from each individual brand to ensure a ‘One Luxe Approach’ to ensure achievement of sales targets through the Be Luxe portfolio
Collate and analyse sales performance and send regular feedback on results across the Be Luxe portfolio
Be the go to expert across the Be Luxe portfolio of brands
Contribute to the continued growth of each portfolio through ensuring retail execution of launches, commercial plans and customer centric retail
Account Management & Sales Performance:
Work with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure all brand and retailer plans are fully executed in Be Luxe
Responsible for collaborating with brands and stakeholders to execute new product launches & seasonal campaign activations in Be Luxe regions
Work with key brand stakeholders to create the Be Luxe commercial and marketing calendars from the brand strategies
Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of portfolio sales results and category detail
Develop customer centric strategies for the portfolio through animation of key bets by collaborating with brand teams for extra support or activities
Influence & Engagement:
Working with all key stakeholder teams; retail, field, brands, commercial and marketing
Build credible and collaborative working relationships with your customer / cross functional contacts
Work closely with the Retail, Education &Field Teams to insure perfect execution of launch & marketing campaigns
Develop and manage the internal communication strategy to the Be Luxe field and in store teams, manage all internal communication
Work with the Field team to Influence future retailer initiatives; ensuring the brands maximizes all available opportunities
Champion simplicity through ways of working with brands and field teams
Responsible for launch and pillar tracking vs target
Deep dive into retailer specific results & proactively create action plans to improve
Analysis of performance of launches and brand activations in Be Luxe, providing key insights and learnings to stakeholders and back to brands
Present findings in appropriate meetings (manager, conference calls, brand meetings/updates)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience within Luxury Retail
Ability to influence at all levels
Highly organized by nature and excellent attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
Professional, supportive with a positive attitude
Advanced Microsoft suite skills are essential (including word, excel & PowerPoint)
Educated to degree level preferable but not essential
