- Build forecast accurately and achieve the results including Sell-Out, Sell-In, market share, profit, stock-in-trade, channel profitability.
- Conduct business analysis to capture business opportunities and challenges, maximize selling opportunities.
- Consult Commercial Director and marketing on distribution strategy and build the relationship with strategic retailers.
- Negotiate with retailers to maximize business opportunity.
- Manage and coach Area Retail Manager, Supervisors.
- Motivate and develop BA leaders. Oversee retail population.
- Develop and execute BA incentive scheme to deliver target
- Responsible for BA turn-over rate and BA productivity.
- University degree or above
- Excellent team management
- Very good in teamwork & self-motivated
- Good communication, strong negotiation.
- Business driven mindset to drive sales growth.
- Independent, proactive and highly responsible.
- Working experience in sales at FMCG companies or Retail Business more than 10 years
- Able to travel.
- Good English communication.
