KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITY 

1    Business planning           

  • Understand customers' insight and business context & strategy      
  • Develop strategic plan to grow Retail in line with Brand strategy & objectives 
  • Build strategic partnership with retailer to gain supports & grow business 
  • Propose customized activity plan for each group of retailers           
  • Define strategic target by month to achieve business target           

                

2    Retail management           

     2.1 Retail KPI management           

  •  Daily & monthly follow up Retail KPI & key bet performance      
  •  Update & analyze competitor's activity & propose action plan with Brand Manager 

     2.2 People management           

  • Coordinate with Education team in training & coaching activities            
  • Lead field coaching & monitor with clear Retail KPI           
  • Feedback to Training team to provide training/ coaching in time to improve service quality 
  • Develop strategic plan to retain people: base salary, incentives, reward. 

     2.3 Instore execution management           

  • Manage of Promotion, Animation, Merchandising, Training; Stock management 
  • Coordinate with other functions for support and deploy MKT activities
  • Control Operation expense and Payment     

                

3    Talent development           

  •  Develop successor in Retail      
  •  Drive BA portfolio analysis and define strategic framework for BA personal development
  •  Develop customized personal development plan in line with career roadmap 

                

4    Build and develop strong team spirit, from head office to retail team in field.

  • Inspire & influence BA team for a strong team spirit 
  • Identify potential talents in the market in recruitment process     
  • Drive team alignment and synergy in HO, build corporative culture.      

        

5    Store Operations Control    

  • Manage the standard operation procedures and control the alignment of BAs
  • Prepare and control the store’s expenditure.
  • Follow and ensure the Payment needed
  • Control in-store non-merchandise: tester
