1. Work with local HR team and global HR Support team for SuccessFactors go-live in China, as well as local rollout and implementation.
2. Provide day to day HR system / application support (accidents and change requests) for the HR key users such as Payroll etc.
3. Partnership with HR, IT, global HR Support team to improve HR process efficiency, simplification, automation, and accuracy by building or upgrading HR digital solutions and e-platforms.
4. In charge of part of P-Cost simulations (2 budget scenarios and 4 trend scenarios).
1. 2-3 years' professional experience in HR area with good knowledge and understanding of HR Process, function, and technical solution, especially for SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Experience in international project.
3. Interested in HR functions aside from SAP.
4. A bachelor’s degree or above.
5. Fluent spoken and written English.
