WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Define overall strategy for brand’s official Instagram account, create the content calendar, and ensure its sustainability
  • Build and manage the community by identifying value-aligned brand ambassadors and fostering long-term, transparent relationships, and developing exclusive loyalty and engagement programs
  • Ensure rapid and relevant integration of weekly social media trends into the brand's content and strategies, ensuring alignment with product and brand DNA
  • Guide brands and functions in executing high value work by considering global guidelines
  • Drive innovation and thought leadership to differentiate brand communication in competitive era
  • Generate valuable audience and community insights via collaborations with Multi-Div, CMI or external partners
  • Own the relationship with key agencies, monitoring tools and platform providers
  • Drive the projects for strategic planning, execution, and optimization of paid media for influencer content, ensuring maximum reach, engagement, and measurable ROI at division level
  • Enforce rigorous standards for content quality, brand safety, and compliance across all influencer collaborations and media deployments
  • Manage the Advocacy & Influence budget, prioritizing investment through consumer insight and business needs. Oversee all paid advocacy reporting and budget control with accuracy and accountability
  • Upskill, guide and transmit knowledge on the topic in the division via implementing the learning agenda for the wider advocacy and influence, communications, sales, digital, marketing, and business partner teams

 

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • Minimum 5 years of experience for Lead role in digital communications, influencer management, content production and content marketing
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ambitious, confident and able to take initiative
  • The Turkish advocacy and influence landscape, including competitor activity
  • Consumer trends, audience segmentation and evolving cultural behaviors
  • Media performance metrics, boosting levers and optimization principles
