You will...

  1. Reviewing return on investment related to marketing expenditure/sales deduction, analyze the effectiveness and propose suggestion/solution
  2. Reviewing monthly business performance of each brand and provide strategic and financial decision/action plan partnering with the brand general manager
  3. Implement internal control function within the department (fixed asset capitalization, purchasing system, promotion planning /marketing proposal)
  4. Undertake all cost analyses in order to detect risks and propose the actions required to maintain budgetary objectives
  5. Managing profitability of each brand (5 brands), profitability of each channel (department store, 8 boutique, 1 e-commerce, and distributor) by quarterly reviewing profitability of each channel
  6. Managing selling, general, and administrative expenses (payroll cost, travel, and other fixed expense)
  7. Managing marketing spending to be align with the budget and analyzing the effectiveness of the marketing spending in order to maximize the return on investment
  8. Act as business partner with commercial team and marketing team to drive and optimize the investment in product and customer.
  9. Managing forecast and sales (sales deduction) to ensure the company able to achieve the target revenue

You are...
  1. Minimum a Bachelor's degree from Accounting/Auditing in top tier universities (both local/overseas)
  2. Proficient in English
  3. Having 3-5 years of professional experience as brand/marketing controller or analyst, or commercial controller from multinational/FMCG company
  4. Familiar with data analytics
