E-COMMERCE RETAIL OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE


Key Job Accountabilities:

Manage the day-to-day administrative responsibilities, monitor and follow up, upon e-commerce activation, and strive for online sell-in & sell-out excellence.

  • Launch, manage, monitor, track and optimize e-commerce business plan with all stakeholders
  • Deploy successful product listing, stock allocation, new launches, special offers and unique product bundles
  • Merchandise website products/categories based on current and forecasted sales objectives, key seasons and events, and website selling data
  • Uploading, analyzing and monitoring price and promotions as stated on the e-commerce plan
  • Drive sales, conversion, margin, traffic, inventory turn, site optimization and manage online business KPIs (category conversion, average order value, L'Oréal buyer #, abandon cart, etc.)
  • Create and maintain an online e-business plan: e-promotional calendar, product exclusivities, cross-selling mechanisms, data ownership within e-commerce brands’ websites and e-retailers ones
  • Ensure User Experience of the website, including Design & Aesthetics, Content and Navigation, Branding / Marketing, Performance, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns
  • Ensure that all e-commerce activity is consistent with the brand’s sense of purpose
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to define the online marketing process of the launches and projects, understand demand and identify potential online channel opportunities
  • Keep informed and report on competitors and marketplaces campaigns, price policies, and product ranges for online channels
  • Manage, analyze, and consolidate the findings on e-commerce web KPIs into daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above preferable in Marketing, Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 1~ 3 years of solid experience, preferably in e-commerce, trade marketing or category management
  • Analytical-minded, detail-oriented, organized, proactive and able to work independently while being a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills to efficiently multi-task, manage external parties and follow up effectively in a challenging, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
  • Advanced level of Microsoft Office Applications and Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of Beauty, Travel Retail dynamics, and environment is a plus
  • Fluent in Chinses and English for China market and APAC region
  • Can-do Attitude with Good time management
