Key Job Accountabilities:

Take care of all or part of human resources development on a unit scale.

  • Attract, select, identify talent, and direct career management and succession plans alongside the Human Resources Director in order to develop the motivation and commitment of talent, to reinforce retention and to ensure optimization of skills within the Group
  • Implement the Performance Review (Connect) process and individual payroll revisions alongside the DHR, in particular through verifying the pay scale of each associate, analyzing differences when compared with the market and discussing pay decisions with Leadership team and managers
  • Ensure legal security at both individual and collective levels, as well as compliance with HR processes and practices, according to applicable legal provisions, in consultation with managers
  • Anticipate and accompany the needs of the head of the unit and of his/her management committee, and facilitate organizational changes, consulting with managers and operations managers as a business strategic driver, act as a participant in business decisions
  • Outline business issues for his/her unit in terms of HR issues and projects, anticipate and accompany operational requirements and organizational changes, acting as a business strategic driver
  • Strategic partner with business leaders in all people related topics in his/her area, and being hands-on in translating these strategies into concrete actions and follow through
  • Key contributor in workforce planning and organizational development in his/her area with the right growth mindset
  • Consolidate and analyze HR key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual reports for his/her area of activity, according to defined objectives
  • Strengthen and promote L’Oréal's image, as well as its diversity, by ensuring respect for the Group's values and code of ethics
  • Partner with HR Center of Excellence team on all relevant COE scopes

Requirements:

  • University graduated or above, preferable in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of solid experience in the Human Resources field, preferably HR Generalist background
  • Agile, analytical-minded, self-driven, proactive, and have a passion for people
  • Comfortable in managing ambiguity and move things forward
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely and manage with a diverse profile of stakeholders
  • Excellent communicator and proficient in handling employee issues with sensitivity, objectivity, and empathy
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills with an attention to details and accuracy to interpret and transform complex data into actionable insights and anticipated business needs
  • Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus
  • Good understanding of FMCG or beauty industry
