Overview of the role:

As the Head of People Development & Learning, your are responsible for contributing to the competitive advantage of L’Oreal, by developing our talents, anticipating and developing skills that will keep us ahead, facilitating change in our business model and ways of working to drive agility, capability and engagement in a highly disruptive fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and engage talents: Build strong partnership with key business leaders to ensure that the best talents are integrated to the teams: Implement and secure Integration, Performance Management and Talent Development practices
  • Accompany key talents and executives closely, ensuring strong delivery of learning and development plan
  • Define, implement and evaluate Learning vision/policy in line with the group’s mission and objectives
  • Drive strategic/high quality learning solutions for Singapore hub involving selection of the right strategic offers from the group combined with local programs adapted to the local context
  • Anticipate and analyze developments which are necessary to the progress of the business and advise decision-makers in advance on organizational impacts.
