OUR INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

Get involved with the inner workings of a successful and the world’s #1 Beautytech company, as you collaborate and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people. One L'Oréalite can create a huge impact, and it’s no different with our interns. Many of our leaders are L’Oréal babies who had started with us as Interns and progressed to Management Trainees. 

Internship Commitment: Jan 2023 – mid Jul 2023 (6 months)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stay on top of consumer eCommerce & digital trends and new technologies
  • Reviewing data and making recommendations based on what the analyst finds after a review of various digital & eCommerce dashboards available
  • Consolidate & maintain leadership in the region using ACD acceleration frame & cockpit
  • Support development of a best practice sharing community as part of a digital eco system
  • Strengthen foundations & activation in medical / consumer advocacy & data

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:
  • Strong analytical skills and attention for details for precise reporting
  • Able to identify patterns and inclination for problem-solving
  • Experience in data models and reporting packages (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI)
  • Ability to analyse large datasets - Strong verbal and written communication skills to communicate with the wider business
  • Able to work independently or resourceful enough to reach out to other teams given this role may not have other peers to rely on directly within the division
