Overview of the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving a transformational phase of our Ecommerce business in the newly formed South Asia Pacific, Middle East and North Africa (SAPMENA) region. He/she will lead the design and value realization of new regional initiatives across multiple markets to deliver incremental growth opportunities for the region.
The ideal candidate will have a regional business mindset with skill domains spread across Commercial/Marketing/Technology and/or Supply Chain. Breadth of knowledge is desired as the initiatives will span multiple expertise domains. The candidate must have led a significant program within an organization through digital or technology transformation that has delivered significant change in business results.
The regional role requires strong collaboration skillsets in a highly matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders, business partners and external partners. He/she should also be able to handle senior stakeholder engagement comfortably. The position will report to the Director, SAPMENA E-Commerce Center of Excellence and will be based in Singapore.
