Got what it takes? We are currently looking for an E-Commerce Key Account Manager for our Consumer Product Division in Stockholm.

Your mission...
As E-commerce Key Account Manager you will build, manage and develop long-term E-commerce relationships in order to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s (L’Oréal Paris, Garnier, Maybelline, etc). online presence. 
You will join a full Sales team dedicated to E-Commerce clients, and be in charge of several Swedish Pure Player accounts. As a team, you will be supported by e-merchandizer, e-activation manager, team coordinator and team dedicated finance commercial controller. 
The role reports to the Nordic E-commerce Channel Sales Director. 

Your key job accountabilities...
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with E-commerce partners, develop plan, KPI and Goals to achieve for each E-commerce partner
  • Define and implement Go to Market strategy with cross functional teams (marketing, supply chain, IT, sales…)
  • Identify new e-commerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans
  • Prepare and present products proposals to future and current E-commerce partners
  • Handle specific sales events thanks to collected information from marketing department to enhance brand’s visibility and improve sales performance
  • Analyse and interpret E-commerce partner’s sales report to identify strengths, weaknesses and business opportunities
Your profile...
  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar commercial role in FMCG 
  • You are interested in the Beauty business and in the digital path to Purchase.  
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English
  • You have a hands-on and pro-active approach and want to drive results
  • You are details oriented and diligent 
  • You have strong collaboration skills and are able to manage several stakeholders
  • You thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
