We are looking for a CRM Project Manager to handle marketing relationships for our brands. This professional would be responsible for deploying data technologies and Customer Journeys innovation in Business Units, fostering and mentoring team for them to adopt and use in BAU operations.
•Management of customer data collection, its accuracy and maintanceacross platforms. Management of data within the CRM database, ensuring all data is accurate and cleansed for reporting and analysis.
•Coordinating the development of automatic CRM reports & deliver actionable customer insights for different stakeholders withingthe company.
•Act as the single point of contact for all customer data and CRM analysis.
•Be proactive in translating customer lifecycle datainto meaningful insights and actionable recommendations at a strategic and tactical level
•Wirkclosely with eCommerce, Retail , activation & Product teams to scope and develop scheduled KPI reporting on acquisition, loyalty and maketingeffectiveness.
