We are looking for a RGM Analyst to be part of Business Development CPD Team under the supervision of the RGM Manager
Your mission will include:
- Drive RGM mindset in the organization for CPD Spain and Portugal
- Drive the valorization of the division via 3 levers:
- detect pricing opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on those via format strategy or price increases.
- Management of Promo tool for optimization of our promo investment per category and retailer. Update promo guideline per brand/channel at least once per year according to latest learnings. Conduct adhoc promo analysis such as promo packs or promo events. Enhance the promo tool usage with the commercial team by coworking analysis (ROI and Promo efficiency), constant training and support.
- . Identify relutive skus & retailers and develop plans to maximize their impact in our P&L
- Experience in Commercial team or Commercial Finance. Previous experience in promo analysis.
- Good understanding of Customer P&L.
- High analytical skills. Able to reach insights and create robust recommendations.
- Expert in SO pannels, SAP, board and preferably Compass
- Ability to work with high amount of data to build tools and report that ease decision making for other teams.
- Good presentation skills. Able to effectively articulate and convey ideas and thoughts in a simple and effective manner.
- Good at teamwork & leading multifunctional teams towards a common goal.
- High English level
- Good understanding of Spanish & Portuguese Mass Market Retailers and their promotional mechanics is a plus.
