The biggest division is looking for Sales Director CZ/SK, who will lead our commercial strategies in these two countries and coach and develop our commercial team in Czech and Slovak republic

 

Responsibilities

·         Develop and implements the Division commercial strategy by channel across the retailer/customer portfolio

·         Develop Customer centricity across all departments

·         Build and achieve the Division results: turnover, market share, profit; consolidate, steer the budget

·         Keep the growth of sell-in and sell-out

·         Develop the digital and e-commerce channel

·         Controlling and planning of sales budget in order to ensure the most effective performance and profitability

·         Ensures compliance with local legislation and internal policies

·         Coach, develop and maintain a current sales team

·         Ensure all team members are meeting and exceeding expectations, take corrective action when needed and conduct periodic updates and performance reviews with team members.

·         Develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders

·         Stay up-to-date with market, consumers& competitors

·         Leadership capability to manage, coach and motivate team and ensure commitment to brand vision and objectives

·         Flexibility and adaptability in an newly developed and evolving business environment

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree

·         Minimum 5 years experience in management / leadership preferably in a FMCG environment

·         Proven ability in building professional relationships, strong interpersonal and communication skills
