L’Oreal Sales & Education professionals provide full execution and optimization of sales fundamentals in order to proactively drive net sales, market share growth and the strategic planning of education/training experiences in a defined market or category.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a member of one of our sales teams, your mission will be able to drive sales with a customer-centric approach and build a strong relationship with all relevant stakeholders at customer within a category.  As a member of one of our education teams you will be able to create, develop and implement education and training programs across our brands and categories.

  • Act as Category expert for the full Brand portfolio and competitive products at a specific customer
  • Manage and coach a field team
  • Analyze and define the growth levers relevant to customers
  • Drive the business and category strategy as customer leader, by collaborating with multi-functional team and animating peer functions: marketing, supply chain, finance, category development, brand business development.
  • Engage multi-functional support for strategy implementation
  • Drive sales in an assigned territory or retailer
  • Engage with key opinion leaders and industry experts
  • Experience in developing curriculum and educational formats
  • Plan and execute the multiple educational events
  • Provide assistance with new product launches and renovations with educational strategies and training programs to ensure successful implementation.
  • Create training guides developed by corporate education teams & adapted to specific markets.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Proven knowledge of retailer strategies and objectives
  • Strong knowledge of customer strategy and key levers as well as competitors
  • Deep knowledge of beauty and personal care, specifically for a given category
  • Results driven and strong knowledge of holistic business management
  • Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities
