As a Sales Executive for L’Oréal Professionnel your mission is to develop customers (salons) within your geographic area in order to grow your brand’s business.
- Motivate customers for your brand portfolio
- Achieve the sales targets and qualitative/quantitative objectives
- Control the sell-in and sell-out of customers and establish an action plan per customer using sales panels and the CRM tool
- Guarantee L’Oréal Professionnel’s brand image is expressed in the salons
- Inform your customers about product launches and available trainings
- Coordinate with Education Experts and Salon Emotion Developers to develop the salon’s business
- Conduct competitive intelligence on the points of sale
- Identify opportunities and win new customers in accordance with the objectives set by the brand.
