MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

To contribute to brand growth managing CRM campaigns and loyalty programs with the international brand positioning, hence identifying and enhancing business development opportunities. Ensure marketing, communication and commercial converge towards developing the consumer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES

CRM Excellence

1)       Responsible for managing on membership promotion and campaigns, store communication & implementation, support store opening projects

2)       Design key customer development strategy, optimize customer path way

3)       Lead brand member club, especially focus on we chat management, maintain the Wechat mini program and increase the member activity

4)       Responsible for member day, beauty class and co brand projects

5)       Responsible for counter service and skin diagnosis, improve customer satisfaction

6)       Manage sales tools : iBeauty and Enterprise Wechat

7)       Work closely with sales team for all activity implementation & follow up

8)       Provide valuable insights on consumer data to fulfil business

9)       Review and control the budget of CRM events and redemption

10)    Provide consumer performance reports to sales forces and CRM KPI

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

ð University graduate

ð Fluent English and Mandarin, both written and spoken

ð Skillful in using office software, especially PowerPoint & Excel

Work Experience

ð  2+ years of working experience in Cosmetics companies, background with data & retail

ð  CRM experience priority

ð  Open for agency profile if with strong business insights
