Manage RPO and implement the Group's recruitment policy in order to identify, select, integrate, and build loyalty among the best candidates in order to contribute to the growth of L’Oréal by developing the attractiveness of Company.
- Deploy the recruitment policy according to the strategy and ensure proper implementations (L’Oréal skills, selection criteria, diversity, ethics, and regulations)
- Anticipate the professional needs and define profiles in consultation with RPO / business managers
- Create and promote a talent pool through digital innovations in sourcing
- Make sure to develop a high-quality candidate experience
- Initiate and analyze recruitment reports and make suggestions for improvement in terms of profiles and processes
- Manage a team by monitoring the development of expertise and skills
- Build high-quality partnerships with RPO agency
- Other work assigned by manager

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of solid recruitment experience in the above roles
- Good oral and written skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- High degree of integrity, a positive attitude, and an ability to maintain absolute confidentiality
- Being a team player with good people skills; able to work effectively with all levels of staff and different departments
- Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service-oriented environment
- Strong self-initiative, flexible, strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Skillful in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PPT;
