Senior Learning Executive of China+Zone Learning Excellence

To support the learning activation excellence in the new North Zone team including China, TW, JP, HK, KR. 

The job including

-     The China learning budget P&L management to ensure the spending and allocations are on right monthly phasing according to the learning plan forecast

?   Be the project leader to coordinate, reminder, check the team member’s learning activities including global ones are well reflected

?   Work out with purchasing team on yearly vendor white list

?   Work with controlling team on the SRI budget landing and trend

-     Animation of China different learning campaign.

?   Daily news letter preparation and communication, learning WeChat group activation or offline learning event 

?   China MAP communication campaign to all internal employees including communication material (e.g. print, video and etc) at different touch points

?   Post campaign data tracking

-     Lead quarterly 1 flex operation including

?   Coordinate all the programs to ensure all program information are ready in system 

?   Optimize the user experience

?   Provide the weekly tracking report to HRBP to co-promote the selection

-     Support the monthly learning dashboard preparation focus on the data monitor and ensure the final clean data will be on time upload into the system for reporting

-     Support the TNA tool development and roll out in the zone

-     Support the communication on new transversal HR learning projects in the Zone
