What You Will Do:

L’Oreal Professionnel is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded and highly motivated brand engagement manager to help drive best-in-class marketing programs for a new beauty tech launch in the US. This launch is a top growth priority for the division. The person in this role will direct and execute all influencer relations and content, PR and eventing and will work closely with the Category head to execute media campaigns to grow this new category with both professionals and consumers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage relationships, contracts and core activities with pro and consumer influencer relationships for this new category
  • Manage agency and execution of all PR and seeding activity
  • Work closely with Category head and media agency to execute media campaigns. 
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional partners from marketing, education, creative, paid social as well as CDMO teams to amplify and support launch and ongoing campaigns
  • Measure engagement using analytics tools (i.e. Traackr, Rival IQ, Netbase)
  • Manage outside agency partners 

 

 

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5-7 years of experience developing, managing and growing a brand’s social media platforms 
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude and flexibility to adapt and pivot based on data and brand needs
  • Passion for social media, influencer and PR
  • Creative, innovative thinker
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, growing organization with evolving priorities
  • Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
  • Knowledge of social media and influencer best practices and legal guidelines
