Develop social commerce framework that drive group online business growth 

Support brand team on acceleration of social commerce in Douyin ecosystem

Co-build with social partners and pilot brands on the fundamental development of social commerce like data management tools, operation tools and etc.

Collect insights of social commerce from Douyin and other market intelligence like consumer journey, competition and etc.

Co-create (共建) successful business model with social partners and pilot brands including:

Explore the efficient media mix of different media formats (including RTB, hot recommendation, opening, live stream and etc.)  for good conversion performance driven

Explore the efficient way of traffic operation in terms of normal day vs promotion season, paid traffic vs organic traffic  

Set up benchmark of GMV target, ROI, spending ratio of Douyin EC
