We are establishing a social ecosystem planning unit within L’Oreal Corp CDO team to shape the future of social investment in the company. This unit plays an important role in delivering highly holistic and effective social plan to support business and brand growth. The planner needs to be strategic in thinking and presenting the recommendation of social ecosystems, by leveraging different formats and touchpoints to fulfill objectives along consumer decision journey, to drive branding, follower recruitment and social commerce.

Job Description

  • Work with media director, media strategic planning leader and in-house teams to develop ecosystem strategy to guide L’Oreal brands to achieve the best efficiency
  • For each platform (Douyin/RED/WeChat/Weibo/Bilibili/Kuaishou/etc), build engagement resource allocation strategy by deep-diving into touchpoints and formats, testing mix & combinations, and generating insights
  • Beyond single platform study, orchestrate cross-platform synergy to maximize social impact
  • Consolidate social performance metrics and establish evaluation frameworks into ecosystem strategy development process
  • Be the internal champion in understanding the latest development of the ecosystems and form strategic recommendation

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' hands-on experience at brand social team or a social/digital marketing agency
  • Profound knowledge of social landscape and social communication touchpoints
  • Familiarity with measurement metrics and tracking tools
  • Experience in content creation and record in leading innovation projects and campaigns
  • Great interpersonal communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical skill
  • Fluency in English
  • A passionate and can-do person with entrepreneur spirit at heart
  • A thinker with obsession for social communication & platforms as well as eyes on the details
