We have a suitable opportunity in the Talent Acquisition team for a contractual sourcing specialist role. In this role, will drive sourcing and evaluations for critical positions in lateral hiring. You should have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in sourcing.
Location – WFH/Mumbai HO
This is a fixed term project – 6 Months only.
Job Scope and Description:
Your mission will be to recruit the best and most diversified talents for L’Oréal India. You will be responsible for talent sourcing through various platforms and headhunting. In addition, Initial evaluations of prospective candidates and eventually closing the role is also in your purview. This includes partnering with the India TA team and business Human Resource (HR) partners. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for L’Oréal‘s current and future hiring needs.
Key Deliverables and KPIs:
• Identifying staffing needs and determining selection criteria’s
• Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (Social platforms, professional networks etc.)
• Plan interview and selection process including screening calls and assessments in line with L’Oréal competencies (Interview technique and evaluations methods without compromising on L’Oréal fundamentals)
• Assess candidate information using our ATS and ensuring that the entire process is digitized
• Organize job fairs if needed or social media advertisements based on L’Oréal social media policy
