Section 1: General Information

Job Title:               Lancôme Data Entry and Project Coordinator

Function:               Marketing

Supervisor Title:   VP Marketing

Section 2:  Job Summary

Candidate must be productive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.  Specialist II-Master Data will provide assistance to the Marketing team with an emphasis on the administrative, logistic, and data-entry considerations that drive project outcomes.

Section 3:  Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree

- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook and ability to learn internal software/systems

- Strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills

- High level of organization

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Section 4:  Judgment and Decision Making

Close supervision required for judgment or decision making associated with this position.

Section 5: Essential Physical

Ability to lift up to 15lbs

Section 6:  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Data and Reporting

•  Data entry and ESKO data entry

•  Retail weekly report publishing (refresh automated files)

Administrative departmental duties including, but not limited to:

•  Calendar management for various members of the marketing team

•  Maintain files for expense reports, agency invoices, check requests, and memos

•  Update brand files, chrono’s and promotional files

•  Travel arrangements, phone coverage, route mail, and expense reports

Coordination and Logistics

•  Coordination of promo ops and creative assets

•  Printing, packing, and shipping materials to retailers and specialty vendors

•  Stocking mock store setups for walkthrough events

•  Tracking animation materials

Meeting/Event Prep

•  Support retail marketing presentations

•  Assist with seamless event execution

•  Meeting Prep: printing, assembling binders, prepping carts, developing retailer meeting decks, and room set up

•  Perform competitive analysis
