Sr. Analyst / Analyst, Supply Chain Finance

Active Cosmetics Division (ACD) Finance

Job Summary:

This position works with operations teams in developing internal control processes and procedures across the multi- divisional distribution centers for ACD. The role also requires preparation of monthly financial reports and assisting in the monthly financial close for Assembly Execution and E-commerce Supply Chain.

In addition, this role will be responsible for budgeting/trending in our TM1 System- Compass Supply Chain, as well as working cross collaboratively with our DC and finance partners in each of our mixing centers to control and monitor the cross charges.

This position will have a very entrepreneurial spirit and have exposure to upper management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum 2-5 years' relevant experience in a similar work environment a must
• Must be highly proficient in Excel (advanced skills required)
• Excellent communication skills with proven ability to be clear and concise and to influence and understand their audience.
• Ability to extract data and have an understanding of relational data base concepts to merge, transfer files to meaningful creation of reports.
• Experience in dealing with budgets is desirable.
• Flexibility to spent time working in either our South Brunswick, NJ Distribution Center or our Cranbury, NJ Distribution Center.

Judgment and Decision Making:

Judgment and decision making will be moderate to intermittent depending on the situation. Supervision for this position is moderate.
