Sr. Financial Analyst, Supply Chain

We are looking for a collaborative team player with excellent analytical skills to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the development of the annual budget and forecasting process
• Focus areas include 3PL costs, inventory damages, as well as excess & obsolete inventory
• Assist in inventory controlling process across a robust supply chain network
• Participate in the month-end close process and be responsible for journal entries
• Prepare monthly Stock and Inventory Movement Reports, investigating root cause for variances
• Create and run reports in SAP to aid in reconciliation process for inventory
• Provide financial support to business stakeholders, including monthly status meetings
• Collaborate closely with 3PL logistics providers, including cost controls
• Special projects and ad hoc analysis as assigned
• Maintain strong internal controls, including annual physical inventory controls
• Some travel required, but <10%

Things You’re Skilled In:

• 2+ years minimum experience in Finance/Accounting
• Financial controls and process documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks/projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and business forecasting tools
• SAP experience preferred
• Experience with data tables, creating queries and PowerBI a plus
• Experience with inventory and/or fixed assets a plus
