Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition - Recruitment Sourcing Specialist Lead

We are looking for a Recruitment Sourcing Specialist Lead to support our Recruitment Intelligence team in candidate sourcing and development, reporting, training & on-boarding, and vendor management. This position is located in our Hudson Yards office in New York City.

What you will do:

  • Work hand-in-hand with the recruitment partners in managing high visibility, tough-to-fill roles in candidate sourcing, pre-qualification screenings, and candidate development
  • Own the sourcing strategies and manage priorities of sourcing projects across the Recruitment Intelligence team of 4
  • Activate pipelining initiatives to identify qualified candidates in anticipation of openings in targeted functional areas
  • Identify and maintain insights any current candidate trends or competitive and market intelligence
  • Maintain CRM and ATS compliance to support our digital workplace through data integrity, data privacy and reporting
  • Innovate and elevate our corporate recruitment team through trainings, pilot launches, process improvement & automation
  • Identify, develop and launch new partnerships with key strategic vendors
  • On-Board new Talent Acquisition team members, contractors and external partners on systems and process
  • Coordinate global strategic projects and initiatives with our global partners in Paris and peers in other countries and zones
  • Produce recruitment reporting across our Talent Acquisition team for senior leadership
  • Participate in industry events to identify trends and new recruitment strategies

  • A sourcing expert to identify and screen candidates for our open and anticipated roles
  • A self-starter who can flex recruitment talents across several different specialties; often with no overlap
  • Someone who understands and can demonstrate the importance of a superb candidate & client experience
  • A doer and someone passionate about “the search” and discovering that hard-to-find talent
  • Given our ever-shifting priorities, it would be awesome if you were flexible and can quickly shift gears to meet the needs of our recruiters
  • We use Avature as our Applicant Tracking System and, while it would be great if you had experience in using the system, it is not required; experience working with any Applicant Tracking System would ideal
  • Someone who knows the importance of analytics through recruitment metrics and able to develop insights thru data

What you need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years in a recruitment and/or recruitment sourcing role
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and planning skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast paced work environment
  • High proficiency in integrated systems such as CRM and ATS
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite experience including presentation building skills with
  • Ability to handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive date and information on a regular basis
