ABOUT THE DIVISION

L'Oréal Australia's Operations includes our Warehouse, Customer Care, Master Data and Supply Chain teams. These teams work in partnership with our Divisions to ensure we continuously improve our supply chain and achieve greater agility and efficiency to meet the needs of our distributor customers. Operations have an important responsibility to focus on uncompromising standards of quality control, employee safety and our environmental commitments. 

THE ROLE

Are you good in planning and analysing complex data? Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations and liaise with external partners (including warehouse partners and vendors). Reporting to the Supply Chain team under our Operations division, you will work with a team of dynamic and highly respected individuals. You will get hands-on experience and learn from some of the most passionate, intelligent and creative people.

ABOUT YOU

  • Prior experience working in Supply Chain preferred
  • Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree (Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Engineering, International Business or similar)
  • Interest in project management
  • Proficient excel skills
  • Creative and innovate minds (we want your bright ideas!)
  • High energy level – we work hard and we play hard too!
  • Prior internship or office experience preferred
  • Have excellent organizational skills, keen eye for attention to detail and proven ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess strong verbal communication, writing and interpersonal skills along with the ability to form strong cross-functional relationships
