Within the Consumer Product Division, you will join the production unit in Rambouillet to manager and develop a team of production within the packaging line production unit on a day to day basis respecting the L’Oreal standards of quality, security, ergonomy, environment and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational:

• Managing and developing one of the packaging line production unit to reach the objectives of the production unit
• Push and involve the team on a continuous improvement action plan design
• Animate continuous improvement workshops

Keys to succeed:

• You master graduated and you had a first experience with management
• Appetite for production and continuous improvement
• Passionate about people management leading to performance and autonomy
• Ability to interact with different people (operators, suppliers, mancom…)
