Major Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for growing Sell Out on E-commerce platforms
  • Ensure all competitive commercial plan, brand campaign activations communicate goal & planning to support in driving sell-out
  • Involve in operations discussion e.g. stock planning for both retail and promotion
  • Coordinate with e-operations to ensure ATP%, replenishment, stock monitoring, flag potential ATP issues
  • Track, analyse, report performance and make recommendations on commercial plan improvements 
  • Responsible for Detailed Commercial Activity plan on Platforms (including campaigns mechanics, thematic concepts, SIS briefings, visibility barter, live streaming, KOLs)
  • Coordinate with call center both internal and external when issue related e-com functionality and fulfillment partner arise
  • Responsible for growing quantity and quality of products rating and reviews. 
  • Support cross-functional drive of E-Commerce differentiation strategy & roadmap that creates brand love, superior e-service excellence, brand stickiness
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics or any related field
  • Have a direct experience to work in E-commerce industry
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive approach with great communication skill both Thai and English
  • Be able to manage and organised multi-tasking 
  • Strong in MS office particular in Excel skills
