- Routine job Tracking daily, weekly and monthly Sales reports and etc.,
- Collecting data (Sellout , Stock and etc.) from several accounts within timeline.
- Integrate and processing data to system.
- Updating information of sales targets, sales territories, and information systems in line with commercial direction.
- Managing and updating sales data (Customer and Product).
- Checking and validate document related sales (customer structure creation, customer sales modification, and commercial agreement).
- Providing the necessary information with commercial team.
- Coordinate with across function to achieve objective of company. (Trade Marketing, Financial Controller, Demand Planner, Marketing, IT and Customer Service)
- Be the main contact with commercial activities. (Promotion, goods return, customer creation/modification, etc.)
- Prepare data monthly promotion to align with brand plan. / Review monthly promotion and ad-hoc promotion.
- Review/validate monthly data of net price to avoid price diff.
- Training and guild line end user for internal operation. (With new comer and existing user.)
- Training BOOST system to user. / Supporting and following up feedback from users. / Guiding the way of working on Boost.
- Creating template data / report from Boost to support commercial report.
- Update product information to sales team, including letter and other info.
