Key Job Accountabilities
  • Manage end-to-end processes of all paid, owned, earned media and search (SEO/SEM) channels in order to build brand awareness and generate sales in social commerce and online official stores
  • Acquire and retain target groups including salons/hairdressers and end-consumers by utilizing effective digital marketing strategy

  • Be the champion of building  systematic KPIs to monitor, analyze  and optimize media  performance and ensure to target achievement underlying cost efficiency
  • Explore, plan and execute new potential media channels and contents underlying O2O strategy
  • Set up and implement CRM database management by bringing in new tools aligned with PDPA policy
  • Lead and gain online PR and influencers projects as key contributors to offline and online business
  • Upskill digital academy, onboard and drive salons/hairdressers to social commerce (SOCOM) business model. Collaborate with marketing, sales and educator teams to deliver successful salons’ participation, sales uplift and operation as key parameters
Qualifications
  • Bachelors/ Master Degrees in BBA / Marketing/ Digital Marketing or related field
  • Work experience 3-5 years in digital marketing or related role
  • Good command in English
  • Expertise in Facebook Ads , CPAS ,  Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Affiliate
  • Experience in working with e-commerce particularly online platform
  • Strong analytical skill to clearly communicate performance and able to initiate new media opportunity
  • Experience in FMCG industry
