Key Job Accountabilities
Manage end-to-end processes of all paid, owned, earned media and search (SEO/SEM) channels in order to build brand awareness and generate sales in social commerce and online official stores
Acquire and retain target groups including salons/hairdressers and end-consumers by utilizing effective digital marketing strategy
Be the champion of building systematic KPIs to monitor,analyze and optimize media performance and ensure to target achievement underlying cost efficiency
Explore, plan and execute new potential media channels and contentsunderlying O2O strategy
Set up and implement CRM database management by bringing in new tools aligned with PDPA policy
Lead and gain online PR and influencers projects as key contributors to offline and online business
Upskill digital academy, onboard and drive salons/hairdressers to social commerce (SOCOM) business model. Collaborate with marketing, sales and educator teams to deliver successful salons’ participation, sales uplift and operation as key parameters
Qualifications
Bachelors/ Master Degrees in BBA / Marketing/ Digital Marketing or related field
Work experience 3-5 years in digital marketing or related role
Good command in English
Expertise in Facebook Ads, CPAS, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Affiliate
Experience in working with e-commerce particularly online platform
Strong analytical skill to clearly communicate performance and able to initiate new media opportunity
