Owner of Seller Center. Responsible for execution of activity communications (Shop In Shop, Campaign Page, Product Detail Page, FEED, and Customer Engagement Management) and promotion setup (Voucher Setup, TB joining, Membership setup, Flexi-Combo, Seller Picks)
Owner of Online Management System (OMS). Responsible for product creation, Promotion setup, Stock as well as monitoring and supporting e-Beauty Advisor to check and feedback any customers orders issues
Support eCommerce team on eBA Book and Banners creation and responsible for being LIVE admin
Major Accountabilities:
Upload products info, pricing and merchandising promotion creation into the system (OMS) and Seller Center (GWP, Voucher, Treasure Bowl, Bonus)
Stock Monitoring in OMS and Seller Center and flag potential ATP Out of Stock issue to eCommerce team
Execute content: Shop In Shop, Product Detail Page, Campaign Page, FEED, Seller Picks and Customer Engagement Management setting
Tracks daily performance to make recommendations to e-Commerce and Marketing team
e-BA (Beauty Advisor) book and Banner creation support to align understanding between eCommerce and e-Beauty Advisor team
Qualifications:
At least Bachelor degree in BBA, Marketing, International Business or related field
At least 1 Years experience in e-commerce and experience with Lazada's or Shopee's Seller Center
Strong logical & analytical skills for root cause analysis
Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple business partners within and outside organisation
Able to extract data from different systems and work with different tools
Advanced Excel (Pivot table, formula etc.) to simplify data processing and analytics
