What is in it?
Intensive omnichannel program with Career Growth
An Intensive 12-month program is divided into 2 rotations (6 months for Online and 6 months for Offline) to empower your professionals in Omni-Channel with fast-track Leadership Career Growth. Once you complete the program, you will be ready to create a great impact in a decision-making position of senior manager levels. We need you to be our Agile Leaders of tomorrow!
Entrepreneurial and Test&Learn Opportunities 
Go above and beyond with entrepreneurial opportunities in holistic Omni-Channel  strategies, together with Test & Learn environment to drive real and high impact changes. You will be leading a team of champions to achieve our #1 Beauty Tech company target with Omni-Channel integration, also creating seamless Omni-Channel Experience to customers.
Influence and Lead for Impact 
Sharpen your leadership skills with an experiential learning and specialized development programs. Embrace diversity in this beneficial mentoring ecosystem by local and International mentors through an openness, trust, influence and appreciation of cultural differences & experiences including nurturing your relationship with a mentee.

Qualification:
Hold MBA, a Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering (or equivalent)
Possess outstanding Commercial / Retail understanding & minimum 5 years of experiences either Offline or Online
Demonstrate excellent customer management, and leadership skills
Have effective communication & powerful presentation both Thai and English language
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
