Our E-Commerce channel has been expanded and we are looking for an experienced candidate who has solid background in commercial online to join a new challenging opportunity in the E-Commerce team.
Here are the scope of responsibilities, you will be exploring if you agree to join the team
- Responsible for growing Sell Out on platform ahead of Category: to build and own the strategy to win on platform by bringing the platform team together under a clear vision
- Responsible for Delivering Platform Budget & Trend (Net Sales & Channel Contribution): to deliver the Monthly and Quarterly Sales Target as well as the Annual Platform Profit Target (Client Contribution)
- Responsible for developing Partnership with Platform: to drive the JBP process with their platforms
- Build bottom up activity and resource plan to deliver Sell Out and Sell In objectives
- Drive the internal planning cycle to ensure we have a good demand projection for their platform
- Manage and lead the platform team
If you think you are ready for the new exciting journey and you have qualifications matched with the below criteria, which are:
- Male or Female with education background in Business Administration or related functions
- Solid experience in E-Commerce and Commercial Online for at least 7 years
- Strong leadership with strategic Vision and Drive
- Structured and Analytical
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders: Strong interpersonal skills to manage different stakeholders within the organization
- Proactive in communication
- Proficient communication in both English and Thai for business conduct level
