Key Job Accountabilities
- Manage and lead team to achieve sales target
- Monitor P&L to build win-win business with both local modern trade (direct accounts) and key distributors
- Manage trade spending (TTA) wisely
- Maintain strong commercial relationships with customer and be able to provide on-time feedback to company
- Deliver commercial KPIs i.e. Sell-in, Sell-out, ICMS, inventory cover days and overdue
- Work with other functions, internal interactions to develop quarterly/year plan
Qualifications
- At Least 7 years background in FMCG with at least 3 years direct experience in ‘General Trade’
- Good on analyzing P&L and sales report
- Great leadership skills and team work
- Problem solving and negotiation skills
- Can work under pressure and ad-hoc request if needed
- Working experiences with GT customers in North is a PLUS
