Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, implementation of marketing programs for Skincare category through PR, advertising, sales promotions and CRM to meet sales target
- Monitor sales and communications to align with the plan and to achieve the targets
- Work with CRM manager to drive for recruitment & retention
- Support team in term of communication, operation, and execution
- Implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and education team and ensure the proper implementation of retail materials
- Work closely with PR & Trade marketing to drive brand awareness and sales
- Work with digital & creative agency to derive with the campaign or launch plan
- PLV Management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in any field
- Knowledge of different marketing mix covering BTL and digital marketing activities
- Creative, initiative, well organized, detail-minded and highly independent
- Good logical thinking and strong analytical skills
- Familiar in working with complex environment
- Good team player with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of English communication, presentation and written skills
