The CeraVe is looking for a Social Manager to join the team. 

 

You Will 

  • KOL EXPERT: work with KOL & KOL agency increase brand love, boost consideration, and drive sales. 
  • KOL STRATEGY: develop and execute KOL strategy for all campaigns to support offline/ online/ medical channel 
  • BRAND VOICE: you are the living embodiment of the brand voice. They understand how the brand voice informs content marketing strategies and it's how the world perceives the brand. 
  • CONTENT CONDUCTOR: The most effective Social Managers know how to produce live, responsive content. They aren't the single source of content creation, they know how to inspire and mobilize to work with Product Manager/ECOM Partners/ KOL Agency/ various content creators-from influencers. 
  • Manage KOL Budget 
  • LEADING BRAND CAUSES with Product and medical team 
  • CRISIS RADAR & LISTENING SPECIALIST: Detect and Attend to the need of consumers both positive and negative. The role requires the candidate to stay informed of the L'Oreal Corporate policy and answers to sensitive topics. 

 

You Have 

  • Bachelor degree or Higher
  • At least 3 years of Industry related work experience with beauty/ Derm KOL 
  • Understand social media platform (TikTok is a must) 
  • Good knowledge of KOLs both local and international 
  • Fluent in Thai & English both written and speaking
