Digital Manager – Love Brand

As a member of CDO Management Committee, Digital Manager will be in charge of Love Brand/ Content team and she will be reporting directly to CDO. He/She will also manage a talented team of 7 people.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

1)TOPLINE STATEGIC APPROACH

• Drive the transformation of L'Oréal from a Top/Down marketing approach focusing on awareness, to an interactive & consumer centric model; focusing on customer experience, satisfaction & value, bringing innovation and answering expectations of consumers, finding fresh information, the ability to buy wherever, whenever and whatever they want.

• To design & implement the digital strategy; contribute to brand and market profitable growth, maximizing the integration of digital into our practices, hence identifying and enhancing business development opportunities

• Create and communicate guidelines for implementation; processes & tools, templates, partnerships.

• Growth hacking approach with an out of box, innovative thinking.

2) LEVERAGE OWNED CHANNELS

• Develop creative, qualitative and appropriate content & features/ functionalities to support the brand’s or project’s ambition.

• Implement the proper KPIs, coordinate the appropriate deployment: educate, pilot, measure, share best practices

• Multi-divisional category platform management: Saçsırları.com & Makyaj.com, cildimveben.com & Content Pro

• Ensure having a successful owned media channel in order to communicate trends and expose brands and products natively

• Monitor digital performance and consumer engagement

• Owned platforms excellence (tagging, SEO…)

• Build Audience leveraging all Digital marketing methods (content marketing, social, events amplification…)

• Oversee a strategic approach to the use of social media and ensure relevant content are provided for them; in order to support digital marketing campaigns and the wider aims of the Brand

3) TRENDS & INSIGHTS

• Insight generation, planning and analysis: ensure an outlook among relevant categories & other industries: trends, intelligence, experimentation

•Ensure to place consumer insights at the heart of our marketing & business model

• Maintain understanding of the latest digital opportunity and trends in consumer interaction & new touchpoints and inspire the teams with those possibilities

4) NETWORKING & COLLABORATION

• Create, develop, manage communities (consumers, bloggers, journalists, pharmacists or hairdressers if relevant) and implement the social media strategy to support the brand’s / project‘s ambition. (FB, IG, YT, SC)

• Leverage Earned media through influencers strategies

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders inside the Company (marketing, communication, sales), digital ecosystem and media partners

• Build a strong partnership with Digital Technology to improve services

5) COUNTRY ADVOCACY LEADERSHIP

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES:

  • 4 years university degree and excellent communication skills in English

  • Min 9 years of digital marketing or content management experience

  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects of a technical nature, methodological mindset to test new ideas and work towards valid results

  • Experience of various Digital Technologies & Tools

  • Strong creative writing & editorial skills and experience and interest in SEO & SEM, Google Analytics skills preferred

  • Understanding of the content management process and CMS tools
