What we expect;
4 years’ university degree and excellent communication skills in English,
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience gained in multinational FMCG companies and currently working in Sales or Trade Marketing department,
360°Account Management and P&L Account Management experience,
Advanced level of MS Office Applications,
Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills,
You will be expected to work closely and collaboratively with Trade Marketing and Marketing Teams and build a strong partnership and intense working relationships with key accounts.
Managing accounts’ sales growth and profitability in line with company objectives, monitoring the accounts’ performance against business plan and developing alternative strategies when needed will be expected from you.
You will be responsible for creating and implementing an annual joint business plan taking into account all levers of growth: commercial agreements, marketing actions, training, merchandising and retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms etc.
You will also be expected to communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action, ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organizational changes.
