JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY (KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES)

1.- Admin Responsibilities:

  • Create Purchase Orders and do Good Receipts
  • Admin follow-up on approvals.
  • Mailings: Pick, pack, create labels, track arrival
  • 360 Management of order process
  • Field team support on shipping materials as needed
  • Uniforms Mailing
  • Welcome BA kit Mailing
  • PPE Materials (assure to send a bit with each mailing)

2.- My Beauty Club responsibilities:

  • Translation transfers on Authoring tool (Genie) onto app (Spanish and Portuguese)
  • Notification that Beauty Byte is ready to be publish
  • Follow up with team on weekly post calendar / campaign management 
  • Starboard content information transfer 

3.- Task Management:

  • Record keeping of field PTO
  • Update of shipment status file
  • Shipment deadlines, key moments)
  • Languages: English and Spanish
