A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Transportation Director, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing operations at our Montreal distribution center. You'll have the autonomy to build strong relationships with our partners and propose solutions that will directly impact our performance.

• Strategic Partnership: You will manage and develop business relationships with carriers and act as a central point of contact for internal teams.
• Planning & Organization: You will plan and organize transportation needs to ensure smooth operations, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
• Optimization & Projects: You will lead continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing costs, efficiency, and sustainability in our transport activities.
• Analysis & Performance: You will analyze costs, handle anomalies, and measure service quality using our performance indicators and transportation management systems (TMS).

We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset and strong organizational skills, who can take initiative to improve our processes. Your team spirit and conviction will be key to your success.

• You hold a degree (vocational or bachelor's) in operations management, logistics, engineering, administration, or a related field.
• You have relevant initial experience in logistics or supply chain.
• You are bilingual (French and English).
• You are proficient with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• You have strong negotiation and financial analysis skills.
