Mission: The Ecommerce channel is a key growth driver to our business. As the Ecommerce Manager, you will be the Ecommerce expert and project manager for one of our strategic markets - Korea, working closely with the market captain teams and key retailers to increase our digital presence and gain share-of-voice in customer touchpoints.
What you’ll do:
• Work closely with commercial teams (market captains, key account managers, area managers) to drive Ecommerce growth plans with retailers to secure brand exposure and increase acquisition and conversions
• Manage retailers’ e-platform fundamentals, investments and development, optimization, merchandising and performance partnership with Brand Marketing teams and Corporate Digital team
• Analyze the performance on e-retailer sites; activate the right business drivers by analyzing e-retailers banner performance, KPIs, ROI etc and provide insights to commercial and brand teams
• Orchestrate market‐specific promotions and commercial initiatives with Area Managers
and go‐to‐market strategy to drive Ecommerce channel sales
• Be the project owner to coordinate all Ecommerce initiatives and ensure quality control between internal stakeholders, agencies and retailers
• Build and maintain business relationship with key retailers to enhance long-term partnership, drive content negotiations and revenue
• Ensure best practice of digital marketing activities are executed on retailer platforms
• Partner with corporate digital team to drive CRM and O+O strategies and initiatives
Who we are looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in driving Ecommerce projects and performance analytics
• Experience in key account management and business development is a plus
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsets
• Analytical with data driven mindset; strong ability to connect data to business drivers and provide insights
• Willing to roll up your sleeves and at the same time to have a strategic mindset to drive online channels with retailers
