L'Oréal's Professional Products Division distributes its products in hairdresser’s salons worldwide. Through its vast array of brands, the division can meet the needs of different hair care salons, for color, shape and styling, shampoos and general hair care needs. A privileged partner of hairdressers, this division offers them products made with the best technologies as well as high-level training, to ensure professional service.

To strengthen our team in Professional Products Division,  we are looking for an important role of a Trade & Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f) who will have the following impact:

  • of the brands that he/she is responsible for in all channels & client segments
  • from the field
  • Understands consumer needs and attitudes (market studies, consumer connects, ratings and reviews, blogs)
  • Implements all actions/launches to achieve business objectives.
  • followed by validation of Product manager/Group Product Manager
  • Adaptation and implementation of POS materials, tools, gifts, product content
  • Assures brand visibility offline and online
  • Adapts sales presenters and launch and animation materials provided by HUB and responsible for marketing part in cycle meeting presentations
  • Gathers feedback and consumer/hairdresser insights from digital team, relays it back to the brand team with proposals
  • and track data by brands
  • Provides and ensure content for localization / development of all digital asset (apps, platforms, web site) and their regular updates
  • Adapts product content to eComm content and uploads/sends to eComm partners
  • Presents and gathers post-launch feedback continuously and share it with management and HUB team while proposing action plan.

  • Responsible for quality execution in line with brand guidelines and strategy.
  • through regular PR activities (PR packages, events, information).
  • and drives all stakeholders to deliver on time

IDEAL PROFILE:

  • Preferably has 2-5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally to have at least 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing and/or digital marketing, preparing and adapting digital assets
  • Has obtained University Degree, preferably in economics / marketing / business administration / digital field

·       Is open-minded, ready for challenges and not afraid to innovate and challenge the ways of working by being proactive

·       Has highly developed organizational and analytical skills

·       Keeps up with the trends and is keen on fashion

·       Is able to multi-task and prioritize, having great planning and follow up skills

·       Is able to clearly convey the message in communication with various internal & external stakeholders, with good presentation skills

·       Has good computer knowledge (MS Office)

·       Has active knowledge of English and native Bulgarian speaker
