As a pioneer in Digital Marketing, L’Oréal is the place to learn how it’s really done! As digital becomes ever more important in all aspects of life, the skills you learn on this Spring Insights Programme will be a valuable asset in the modern job market.
As a Digital Marketing Spring Insighter you will use your skills to help market our products and engage our audience. You’ll shadowing the team who writes content for social media and email, as well as managing creative campaigns to interact with our users and optimize our website for our consumer use. There’s no guaranteed formula for success - you’ll be helping them to trial campaigns and assessing results to help guide our long-term vision.
During the week you will have the opportunity to network and engage with some of the leading innovators in the beauty industry. You will be invited to various trainings which can help to upskill you both at Uni and work, and you will also have the opportunity to be assessed for any future opportunities with an Assessment Centre at the end of your week.
If you are eligible to apply you will then be sent a link via email to an online assessment. In this we would like you to answer three questions, two written and one via video. There is no time limit on this so please don’t feel obligated to do this straight away, however, the quicker you get it finished the quicker we can continue to move you through the process. If successful, you will then be invited to participate in a telephone interview with a member of the team. This will not be until 2021 so please be patient with us 😊
