Business Systems Key User support Apprentice

As part of the UKI Sales and Distribution SAP team, your key role will be to work alongside the Key Users to support our order to cash processes. This team works across the whole Supply Chain process within L'Oréal and offers a great opportunity to network with many departments. The main responsibilities for the team are to investigate live issues taking any necessary action to ensure business continuity, and support any new developments including new tools and processes.

You Will

• Carry out daily checks across a number of different systems

• Raise alerts as and when necessary to keep the business up to date on critical issues

• Support the SD Key Users day to day on issues and testing.

• Respond to requests for support form our Internal teams which include Sales, Customer Care, Credit, Finance

• Manage a generic email inbox allocating work to the team where necessary

• Process requests for new users and leavers

• Testing as required for system enhancements, changes and fixes

You Have

· Strong planning and organization skills with an ability to appropriately reprioritize when it’s right to do so

· Solutions orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace and cope with ambiguity

· Have a meticulous approach with the ability to demonstrate the highest level of attention to detail

· Strong IT skills which should include Excel and Word

· Ability to communicate well with others at all levels both verbally and in writing

· Can do attitude – No problem is too small, Supporting others in need and seeing challenges as an enabler for change
